Decorative concrete expressions of any area around your home or business, if done correctly will enhance the resale value and create a buzz from family and friends.

Combining color hardener, stamp patterns with colored release agents is used to antique concrete. Defining stamp pattern grout lines which adds depth and definition to concrete is why decorative concrete has become popular. Color charts for colored hardener and colored release agents are available at our showroom on the corner of S. Rugby Road and Brevard Road in Horseshoe, NC. Colored hardener is worked in the top matrix of concrete by broadcasting or adding it to the concrete truck to be mixed. A color release agent is used to darken grout lines, antique the stamped concrete slab and release the stamp from concrete keeping the stamping tool from sticking. If antiquing is not needed for the stamped concrete project then a clear release liquid is applied to stamping tool and concrete surface making the stamp tool stick resistant. The stamping tool is applied to the concrete surface after incorporating the color, edging and floating. Grout lines are the tooled in with a roller where stamp tool joints are gaped.
